Miss Franklin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and a Masters Certificate in Strategic Leadership.

She started working her passion as an Executive Assistant at the age of 16 when she interned in the Executive Offices of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for the Secretary of Local and Area Transportation for two years.

Upon graduating high school, she was offered a permanent position that she obtained for 3 years before accepting a position as a Legislative Assistant for the Pennsylvania House of Representatives.

With 18+ years with the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, her experience ranges from working for the PA Legislative Black Caucus, veteran legislators, delegations, leadership, and freshman legislators.
