The online community is mourning the loss of Brianna Johnson, better known to her followers as ItGirlBri or DreamDoll Bri, after the 21-year-old influencer and aspiring music artist was fatally shot in Miramar, Florida, early Sunday morning.
According to the Miramar Police Department, officers responded to reports of a shooting around 5:33 a.m. on July 5. Investigators say Brianna was riding in a green Lamborghini with two other occupants when another vehicle opened fire on them. The Lamborghini later crashed into a nearby home.
Emergency responders found all three occupants suffering from gunshot wounds. Brianna was pronounced dead, while the other two victims were transported to a local hospital. Authorities say one of the survivors remains in critical condition.
Police Believe Shooting May Have Been Targeted
Investigators have not announced a motive or identified any suspects, but police say the circumstances suggest the attack may have been targeted.
Detectives are reviewing surveillance footage and videos circulating on social media, including footage that reportedly shows an altercation involving the Lamborghini at a gas station before the shooting. Authorities have not confirmed whether that incident is directly connected to the fatal attack.
