What stands out is his curiosity. James talks about creativity, identity, and purpose with rare authenticity, not as someone holding all the answers but as someone willing to keep asking the hard questions. “I’m not teaching from a mountaintop,” he says. “I’m investigating questions I’m willing to live inside myself.”
