Shannan Bowen, New Jersey Real estate agent apart of Weichert Realtors is looking for investors to purchase a few properties.
Bowen, an investment specialist is a licensed NJ R.E Agent and currently she has 47 properties underneath her and they won’t stay on the market for long.
Bowen said real estate gives her the opportunity to be compassionate about what she does. “I’m not interested in finding my clients a roof to put over their heads or just a house. My concern is to find a comfortable home for my clients that meets the needs of them and their family; a place where their hearts can be truly happy,” Bowen said.

Bowen is also an author who just released a new book discussing her childhood, past and present to help people all over the world heal.
As a South New Jersey native she told us the entire vision of the memoir, Tormented Soul of an Empty Grave – Before I Knew You came straight from Holy Spirit. “The title, chapter title, cover design & content. He just dropped it in my spirit and developed it as I went along,” Starr said.
“I’m a firm believer that I was born to be a true lover and caregiver. And because of this it’s second nature for me to incorporate love, care & compassion into any and everything I do. I take pride in knowing that I’m genuine at heart. On Several occasions I have been told that the people I care for, be it providing personal care, preparing meals or just lending an ear, can feel the love I have for them and their situations,” Bowen said.
